This is an A-Z Tuning Service for Haltech Engine Management Systems.

We setup a basemap specifically for your car, and identify/troubleshoot issues to ensure proper vehicle functionality via the application Zoom. (If troubleshooting takes longer than 2 hour sessions and or due to the internet connection being slow additional charges may be inquired) 

During the logging process we will dial in the cold start and idle settings. Once logging is complete, your vehicle is ready for the dyno! From here, you can coordinate with a local shop to get your car on their dyno and we’ll tune it live. After a successful dyno session, we’ll check calibrations and perform cleanup as needed.

What’s included?

FIRST APPOINTMENT: ENGINE FIRST START (1 HOUR)

• Confirming the appropriate basemap was loaded
• Confirming your ECU has the most updated firmware
• Confirming/Calibrating all sensors to confirm they are functioning correctly
• Confirming/Setting the base fuel pressure
• Troubleshooting first start problems – confirming rpm, spark, fuel 
• Tuning the cranking maps to get that first start
• Guiding you through confirming the base timing 
• Tuning the VE table to your application at idle

SECOND APPOINTMENT: TUNE FILES (10 MINUTES EACH)

• Up to 3 tune files before the dyno session (10 Minute Live Zoom Sessions)
• Log File 1: 2 hours of total drive time (if street car) + 10mn log at end
• Log File 2: 2 hours of total drive time (if street car) + 10mn log at end
• Log File 3: cold start start log – Boost testing – transient throttle testing

THIRD APPOINTMENT: LIVE DYNO SESSION (3 HOURS)

• Up to 3 hours of dyno time (additional hours billed at $150/hour)

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS: DYNO SESSION WRAP-UP & SEASONAL TUNE ADJUSTMENTS

• Up to 2 tune files after the dyno session (10 minute appointments) 
• Up to 4 seasonal tune changes (10 minute appointments)
